Refund policy

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Items can only be returned or refunded within 14 days from the day the order has been received. 

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or order number for proof of purchase.

All returns and refunds are shipped at the expense of the customer. 

To start a return or refund, you can contact us at admin@cozyboyz.co.nz 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


EXCHANGES 

Items can only be exchanged within 14 days of the date order is received and when accompanied by proof of purchase, If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we will then issue a credit note to be spent on our website.

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. 

If you receive a faulty item, email us (admin@cozyboyz.co.nz) with your order number, detailed description, and image of the defect. We will review and reply with a resolution.
